# Nubii support

For help with the Nubii mobile app or a hosted Nubii account, email [hello@madewise.ae](mailto:hello@madewise.ae). Include the email address on the account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

For self-hosted Nubii, start with the [self-hosting guide](https://github.com/SymbianMoe/Nubii/blob/main/docs/self-host.md). Email reproducible bugs and feature requests to [hello@madewise.ae](mailto:hello@madewise.ae). Report vulnerabilities only to [security@madewise.ae](mailto:security@madewise.ae).

Hosted users can permanently delete their account and associated personal Space data from the Account screen in the Nubii app.
